responsibilities:
- Capture and detail functional specifications for product configuration tools.
- Partner with R&D and Product Management to align technical tools with product strategy.
- Define and implement logic to ensure valid, compliant product configurations.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans to validate tool functionality and performance.
- Deliver training sessions, user guides, and ongoing support to drive tool adoption.
