responsibilities:
- Oversee the full process of sales orders, including creation, exchange orders, warranties, and purchase requests.
- Serve as the principal contact for internal and external customers, actively managing the sales support inbox to ensure swift transactional resolutions.
- Partner effectively with internal departments such as finance, purchasing, product line, and repairs to support sales operations.
- Strictly adhere to established Global Trade policies and DOC/DOS license requirements for all global exports.
- Actively participate in the creation, implementation, and refinement of procedures and workflows across departments.
