responsibilities:
- Lead MEP design across HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems on complex commercial projects
- Oversee projects from design through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and execution
- Perform peer reviews and provide technical oversight on engineering deliverables
- Mentor and support junior engineers while driving team development
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients across regional Texas projects
- 8+ years of MEP/HVAC design experience on large-scale projects (data centers, hospitals, labs, etc.)
- Active PE license (any state, transferable)
- Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- Proven leadership or project oversight experience
