A leading design manufacturer in the greater Nashua NH area is seeking skilled Injection Molding Process Technicians. We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of experience within plastic injection molding within a manufacturing environment.

responsibilities:
- Remove and install molds in plastic injection molding machines.
- Ensure and set up machines for continuous production, including positioning, aligning molds,connecting water, hydraulic, and air feeds.
- Adjust machine control settings according to prescribed process parameters.
- Troubleshoot equipment to resolve process and equipment issues
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures, including purging materials and removing molds.
- Complete all required documentation including tool change reports, production logs, and process sheets.
- Transfer validated processes between machines while maintaining part quality and consistency.
- Program and adjust auxiliary equipment such as Wittmann, Arburg, and/or Star robots and pickers.
- Use Scientific Molding and volumetric processing techniques for process development and optimization.
- Participate in PPAP, DOE, and validation runs.
- Continuously improve mold change and machine setup procedures to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
