We are seeking candidates who have 5+ years of experience in plastics processing, and an advanced background in injection molding. Candidates will need a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Plastics Engineering.

responsibilities:
- Manage the design, development, and optimization of plastic processing methods (injection molding, extrusion, blowmolding, thermoforming).
- Implement new tooling, materials, equipment, and processes to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Actively use scientific molding principles and DOE for process development and problem-solving.
- Manage and develop a team of process engineers and technicians
- Create and maintain robust process documentation, including work instructions, validation protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Use continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) across the plant.
