A Key Account Manager is needed for a leading cooling technology organization. The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth within the modular and telecommunications data center markets by cultivating high-level business opportunities. You will serve as a vital link between our sales team and C-level stakeholders, focusing on the deployment of chiller-based cooling and prefabricated infrastructure solutions.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business or engineering and possesses a proven track record in strategic sales within the mission-critical cooling or HVAC industries. You must demonstrate expertise in managing complex project-based sales cycles and have a deep understanding of thermal management and modular data center trends. This is a remote role with approximately 25% of travel to the client sites and headquarters.

- Coordinate technical engagements between customers and internal engineering or product leadership teams
- Monitor competitive landscapes and supply/demand trends to maintain optimal product positioning and pricing
- Create comprehensive client profiles to support broader corporate sales strategies and market expansion
