responsibilities:
- Lead and provide guidance to their Employee Training and Education team.
- Design, implement, and track employee training activities utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify training needs and develop strategic programs for continuous skill improvement.
- Manage and oversee sustainability reporting for all training recorded on the LMS platforms.
- Travel up to 30% to coordinate training initiatives across various locations.
