responsibilities:
- Install new machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and execute emergency repairs for Our Client at various customer sites.
- Troubleshoot complex technical, mechanical, and electrical issues utilizing test equipment, I/O structures, schematics, and blueprints.
- Demonstrate equipment and software capabilities to customers while delivering exceptional service to build and maintain relationships.
- Accurately document all service steps taken, identify future equipment needs, and prepare timely service reports and timesheets.
- Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines while effectively managing a highly independent

- Experience level: Experienced
