responsibilities:
- Analyze time, motion, and operational methods to establish production rates, improve efficiency, and optimally plan work assignments.
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings while reviewing processing logs to determine and verify adherence to strict QA/QC specifications.
- Prepare workflow charts, floor layouts, and comprehensive reports to validate operational data and identify any deviations from standards.
- Observe workers and equipment operation to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and accurately assess time and fatigue rates.
