This isn't a role where you'll get stuck in a silo. You will have a direct line to leadership, budget authority over your projects, and the rare autonomy to see your designs hit the market in months- not years.

responsibilities:
- Developing 3D CAD models and technical packages (BOMs, tech packs) for both injection-molded hard cases and sewn soft goods
- Hands-on building of prototypes and conducting rigorous validation (waterproofing, drop, and thermal testing)
- Managing DFM reviews with tooling vendors and coordinating with both in-house production and overseas suppliers
- Managing product cost targets, margin analysis, and collaborating with Marketing on product launch strategies
