responsibilities:
- Lead product cost forecasting, financial modeling, and design-to-cost initiatives across the entire product lifecycle to ensure alignment with strategic targets.
- Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, and Planning to successfully balance Quality, Delivery, Cost, Features, and Sustainability (QDCF-S) in design concepts.
- Act as the key advocate for the customer by expertly managing feature, cost, and value trade-offs.
- Leverage digital tools and industry benchmarks to continuously improve cost management practices while mentoring teams on cost-conscious behaviors.
