responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive category strategies for Aftermarket parts and continuously drive cost-reduction initiatives based on dynamic market research.
- Lead the full supplier lifecycle from selection to relationship building and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to guarantee top-tier quality and timely delivery.
- Negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and conditions with regional vendors to protect business interests and foster mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships.
- Partner with internal teams (Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Development, Operations) to align procurement with business goals, while leading and guiding a high-performing network of assigned vendors.
