- Coordinate and plan installation projects for Our Client by scheduling multiple jobs at once, handling procurement, and overseeing all budgets
- Build teams by interviewing, hiring, and training diverse crews of technicians and foremen to drive accountability
- Take charge of the installation profit and loss for your territory to guarantee overall project profitability
- Develop productive relationships with customers and contractors to solve problems and always meet project deadlines
- Ensure team compliance with important installation policies, safety procedures, and project tracking requirements

responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct refrigeration installation crews on commercial projects
- Manage installation of walk-in coolers/freezers, rack systems, condensers, piping, and evaporators
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and mechanical codes
- Coordinate daily tasks, manpower, and materials with project managers and subcontractors
- Troubleshoot installation issues and support start-up/commissioning teams
