Global manufacturer is targeting an HR Manager for their facility in Newport, Arkansas. This position will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment, payroll/benefits, fostering a culture of safety and inclusion, and serving as a strategic partner to site leadership.

responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR lead for a multi-shift workforce, ensuring consistent policy application and leadership visibility for both day and overnight production teams.
- Collaborate with the Site Leader and Plant Management Team to align human resources operations with the facility's production goals.
- Maintain effective labor relations by partnering with department supervisors to resolve issues, manage grievances, and mitigate workplace concerns.
- Direct the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly and salaried positions to meet 24/7 production demands.
- Ensure the facility adheres to all federal, state, and local labor laws while actively promoting a culture of safety and health across all production areas.
