responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and simulate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC programs using NX-CAM and Vericut across various controls (Okuma, Haas, Siemens, Fanuc).
- Apply high-level machine tool controls, macros, and closed-loop machining to manufacture components from high-temperature superalloys.
- Provide daily shop floor troubleshooting, CNC programming guidance, and training for operators and Manufacturing Engineers.
- Utilize strong shop math and organizational skills to drive positive change within a fast-paced, matrixed team environment.
