responsibilities:
- Design and develop new or revised manufacturing processes and procedures alongside quality and production teams.
- Conduct testing and measurements throughout production stages to maintain tight control over manufacturing variables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production problems with existing equipment and processes.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, test equipment, technological advancements, and materials to optimize production.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers to manage manufacturability issues from identification through to resolution.
