responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Our Client's design team to develop structural concepts and clearly communicate requirements on design documents.
- Perform structural analysis and design, including applying principles of lateral analysis for wind and seismic conditions.
- Develop engineering judgment and problem-solving skills to independently evaluate, select, and adapt engineering techniques.
- Uphold strict quality control by rigorously checking your own calculations and performing peer reviews of other engineers' work.
- Take complete ownership of your assigned structural scope, actively managing your workload to meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
