responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Our Client's design team to develop structural concepts and accurately communicate requirements on design documents.
- Independently perform structural analysis and design, applying US building codes for traditional steel and concrete structures.
- Take complete ownership of your structural scope, proactively managing your workload to meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Maintain strict quality control by checking your own calculations and performing peer reviews for other engineers.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members while advancing workflows and embracing emerging technologies within the discipline.
