responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate all phases of intermediate to complex projects from initiation to closure balancing risk, efficiency, and economics within a matrix team environment.
- Drive a Zero Harm safety culture while actively managing project plans, schedules, and budgets, including the timely reallocation of funding.
- Cultivate strong relationships and facilitate seamless communication across internal teams, external partners, and vendors through detailed presentations and reports.
- Provide high-level guidance to optimize systems and costs, while directly supervising, mentoring, and developing up to two assigned employees and guiding other project managers.
