responsibilities:
- Manage personnel by hiring, training, and evaluating staff while implementing measures to motivate workers and resolve grievances.
- Set strict product standards and develop robust tracking and quality control systems to detect and prevent production issues.
- Analyze operations to improve overall equipment performance, production methods, and operational efficiency.
- Confer with administrative and technical staff to resolve complex processing problems while maintaining accurate production reports and personnel records.
