responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical liaison between Our Client, customers, and construction representatives to ensure contract compliance and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide operational leadership by managing technical project coordination, resolving cross-functional design complexities, and mitigating schedule delays.
- Evaluate the financial and scheduling impacts of scope changes and manage the overall engineering budget and estimates for Our Client.
- Lead customer design meetings and serve as the single point of contact for all technical inquiries, change requests, and project communications.
- Deliver technical support to manufacturing, sourcing, and installation teams while ensuring lessons learned are integrated into future design organizations.
