responsibilities:
- Perform meticulous manual and visual inspections of prefilled syringes to identify and immediately report any failures or non-conformances.
- Support fast-paced, semi-automated packaging lines by accurately staging components, reconciling materials, and troubleshooting equipment during changeovers.
- Maintain strict adherence to FDA and cGMP regulations while accurately documenting batch production records, maintaining logs, and performing required data entry.
- Conduct daily safety walkthroughs, routinely clean the production area, and consistently achieve quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
- Work collaboratively with line leaders and teammates in a flexible schedule, maintaining excellent communication regarding daily activities, performance, and training goals.
