In this remote/hybrid role, you will be the technical bridge between sales, engineering, and the customer, providing expert guidance on 5-axis optimization and complex process improvements. We are looking for a technical expert who brings:
5-Axis Mastery: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with high-speed 5-axis CNC machining centers.
Advanced Programming Skills: Proficiency in CAM programming and Fanuc controls, with deep knowledge of TWP (Tilted Work Planes) and TCP (Tool Center Point Control).
Process Optimization Mindset: A ability to evaluate customer needs and recommend tailored tooling, programming, and process improvements.
Technical Communication: Excellent skills in providing on-site training and technical assistance via phone or video platforms.
Strategic Support: Experience producing technical documentation and content for trade shows to highlight machine capabilities to target markets.

Multi-Channel Assistance: Provide ongoing technical troubleshooting for customers and dealer personnel via remote platforms to maintain the brand's reputation for excellence.
