responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and manage comprehensive project control plans, including estimates, control budgets, and WBS structures.
- Track project forecasts, incurred costs, and budgets while providing detailed variance analysis and proactive risk mitigation plans.
- Act as a key liaison to effectively communicate project status, actual progress, milestones, and issues with stakeholders and construction teams.
- Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) to consistently report accurate CPI and Earned Value curves.
- Drive change management processes by initiating PCOs, Trends, AFE revisions, and supporting supplemental funding requests.
