responsibilities:
- Create, coordinate, and update realistic project plans for complex, multi-year initiatives using Primavera P6.
- Incorporate proper WBS, coding, resources, and Contractor schedules to ensure full alignment with project standards and contract requirements.
- Implement Earned Value Management systems and guarantee the accurate reporting of SPI and Earned Value curves.
- Perform what-if schedule analyses to identify potential challenges, suggest mitigation strategies, and develop recovery schedules.
- Proactively forecast milestones and completion dates while effectively reporting schedule risks and updates to project leadership.
