responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of gas and electric services to customers, managing projects from the initial design and scheduling phases through field construction.
- Serve as the primary face of Our Client to customers, providing cost estimates, estimating loads, updating project statuses, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.
- Evaluate distribution design requirements, identify necessary permits, and actively manage project milestones to meet critical customer deadlines.
- Utilize CAD, SAP, and MS Office applications to process customer requests, generate tasks for other departments, and ensure alignment with internal quality control.
- Conduct on-site field meetings and apply strong analytical skills to quickly solve complex problems, multi-task effectively, and recommend corrective actions.
