We are looking for a motivated and reliable Packaging and Production Line Workers to join our team in Traverse City. Responsibilities

• High-Speed Line Setup: Collaborate with the Packaging Group Leader to set up and adjust high-speed packaging lines and slice machines to ensure peak operational efficiency.
  
  
• Inventory & Material Flow: Proactively monitor and manage line supplies; refill materials as needed to maintain continuous, uninterrupted production flow.
  
  
• Quality & Safety Documentation: Maintain meticulous digital and manual records, including product quality checks, temperature monitoring, and equipment performance logs.
  
  
• Digital Data Entry: Utilize NetSuite via handheld scanners and keyboards to accurately track and enter ingredient usage and production quantities.
  
  
• Sanitation & Food Safety: Adhere to strict food safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area (sanitation) in compliance with bakery standards.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Communication: Actively communicate with employees at all levels of the plant to ensure seamless shift transitions and troubleshooting.

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
