Join a startup team that is advancing their life saving product to market as a Hardware/Software Engineering Technician in Hunington Beach! This team is rapidly growing and is aiming to save a countless amount of lives! This role will support internal and external team members with hardware and software issues. This is a contract role that should last about 6 months. Candidates should have at least 2+ years in a similar role.

responsibilities:
- Serve as first support for hardware and software issues
- Oversee client user accounts and provide troubleshooting support
- Execute tasks regarding new hardware and software setup and retrieval
- Diagnose and trouble minor issues and escalate complex issues
- Maintain accurate tracking and documentation
- 2+ years in a similar role
