responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional technical teams and engage with customers to define, execute, and manage the scope of programs from initiation through delivery.
- Develop and execute overall program plans, closely managing project schedules, budgets, and resources using standard project management tools.
- Create compelling business cases and value propositions, identifying commercial, technical, and manufacturing levers to improve program outcomes.
- Continuously monitor for changes in customer requirements, evaluating their impact on program strategy, business models, and predicted risk levels.
- Oversee product testing to validate the initial value proposition, ensure manufacturing requirements are met, and protect intellectual property.
