responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative components for smart water technology.
- Create and modify 3D CAD models, primarily using CREO, for various mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Assist in the design of injection-molded plastics, metal castings, and stamped sheet metal components.
- Develop and execute product test plans and specifications to ensure design reliability and performance.
- Produce and review technical drawings in accordance with ANSI standards.
- Research and apply methods for protecting electronic assemblies within harsh environmental conditions.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to support the transition of designs from concept to local production.
- Actively participate in skill-building and professional development under the guidance of senior engineering staff.
