- Partner with senior management to synchronize assembly priorities with organizational shipment targets and customer commitments.
- Manage department personnel by aligning technical competencies with production needs while auditing adherence to best practices.
- Direct the timely processing of production data, labor tracking, and work order closures to maintain precise operational records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalation and departmental problem-solving.
- Execute rigorous pre-shipment inspections to safeguard brand reputation and product reliability.
- Participate in the talent review process, identifying growth opportunities and driving continuous improvement within the team.
- Champion a culture of safety and organizational excellence through the strict enforcement of EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) protocols.
