responsibilities:
- Direct, train, and mentor onsite construction teams to implement effective safety measures and robust standards for Our Client.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and create safe work execution plans for complex retrofit projects.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses (RCA), and reporting to enforce corrective actions and drive a zero-incident culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts to evaluate the safety and quality impacts of new designs, materials, and construction methods.
- Ensure project delivery timelines are met while strictly aligning with Our Client's internal safety processes and operational expectations.
