responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and refinement of 2D and 3D structural models for complex industrial and semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Enforce department and client standards across all contributed work to produce complete, constructible drawing sets while preventing rework.
- Act as the primary point of accountability (BIM Lead, QA/QC Lead, etc.), resolving cross-discipline conflicts and aligning design efforts.
- Monitor progress, balance team workloads, and oversee internal and external reviews to ensure coordinated, construction-ready delivery.
- Advance workflows by implementing design automation and emerging technologies to improve overall team efficiency and delivery.
