responsibilities:
- Perform complex assembly and rework of multi-layer PCBs, specializing in microscopic soldering of fine-pitch components and flip chips
- Operate test equipment and use diagnostic tools for troubleshooting
- Support engineers by providing technical assistance
- Modify and build harness cables
- Maintain inventory
- Perform inspections of first article, in process and final product
- 3+ years of reworking PCBs and soldering experience
- Experience with documentation
