responsibilities:
- End-to-End Management: Oversee prefabricated projects from the early feasibility and design stages through manufacturing, material procurement, and final site installation.
- Coordination & Communication: Act as the central point of contact, collaborating seamlessly with clients, architects, engineers, factory staff, and field personnel to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Technical Oversight: Interpret architectural and SMEPF construction documents, coordinate value engineering, and resolve design or construction conflicts during the preconstruction phase.
- Project Administration: Expertly create and manage comprehensive project documentation, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and accurate change orders.
- Quality Control: Monitor overall project progress, ensure strict adherence to specifications and quality standards, and actively manage the customer experience to guarantee high satisfaction.
