Global Manufacturer is seeking a Product Quality Manager to join their team in Allentown, PA! Manage product quality process from end-to-end, serving as the primary contact for customers issues. 10% travel nationally and internationally. responsibilities:
- Manage quality evaluation for customer-reported product issues
- Lead investigations, inspection activities, and initiate process reviews
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer concerns and resolutions
- Implement corrective actions and preventative maintenance
- Participate in APQP, DFMEA, quality improvement tests and product analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing)
- Minimum 10 years in Quality Engineering
- 5+ years in managing people and projects
- Industrial manufacturing experience
- Medical, Dental, Vision options
