responsibilities:
- Manage the daily documentation and communication flow to ensure contractors successfully meet their contractual obligations to Our Client for major projects up to $400MM.
- Facilitate the preparation of contract exhibits, including scope and pricing, ensuring strict alignment with Our Client's project execution and contracting strategies.
- Review contractor invoices for compliance, distribute them for approval, and continuously track Work Releases and Purchase Orders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with third parties and Our Client's in-house teams such as legal, engineering, and project management to proactively identify and resolve complex contractual matters.
- Coordinate comprehensive contract close-outs and provide essential support to Our Client during both internal and external compliance audits.
