responsibilities:
- Autonomously execute conventional structural and lateral analysis (wind and seismic) applying US building codes.
- Serve as a Lead or Sub-Lead Engineer, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and integrate structural requirements into models.
- Uphold rigorous quality control by meticulously checking your own work and performing calculation checks for other engineers.
- Take complete ownership of assigned scopes, accurately forecasting effort to meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Exercise sound engineering judgment to navigate ill-defined tasks, proactively identifying and escalating scope changes to meet client needs.
