responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all activities necessary to complete technical service requests within agreed-upon timelines.
- Conduct hands-on material testing, complex problem-solving, and data interpretation using advanced characterization tools (e.g., DSC, TGA, SEM, FTIR).
- Execute detailed testing protocols and author comprehensive technical reports in strict adherence to company procedures.
