Our client is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer II to join their team in Wayne, NJ. As a Mechanical Engineer II, you will support the engineering team by interpreting customer specifications and creating high-quality mechanical designs. responsibilities:
- Create detailed mechanical designs, drawings, and prototypes using 3D CAD systems, specifically SolidWorks.
- Perform first-principal, tolerance, and statistical analyses to ensure design integrity and performance.
- Execute design verification protocols and troubleshoot issues during the fabrication and assembly of new product parts.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to manage the inspection and testing of electromechanical and electropneumatic equipment.
- Maintain rigorous documentation within electronic systems to ensure compliance with FDA and international medical device regulations.
