responsibilities:
- Track daily site progress including manpower, tasks, and punch lists and maintain detailed weekly reporting.
- Conduct site and manufacturing facility visits to assess production progress, ensure equipment certification, and enforce safety standards.
- Schedule and lead 2-3 week look-ahead calls with suppliers to anticipate capacity, equipment deliveries, and inspection hold points.
- Ensure strict adherence to project drawings, welding codes, and local building regulations while conducting workmanship verification.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to mitigate delay risks, optimize manufacturing processes, and resolve technical challenges.
