responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex projects by developing detailed schedules, managing resources, and directing the integration of technical activities across teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between construction, operations, and key stakeholders to facilitate seamless project handovers and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Oversee complete project turnover by verifying, collecting, and meticulously tracking close-out documentation, including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
- Lead and develop project teams by recruiting staff, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and reviewing vendor contracts and cost estimates.
- Analyze technology and resource needs to assess project feasibility, ensuring all final deliverables meet strict company standards for operational readiness.
