Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing and procurement efforts across domestic and international suppliers, driving continuous improvement
- Manage a team of 4 supply chain specialists
- Develop strategic supplier partnerships and enforce quality standards; manage procurement activities
- Collaborate with Operations, sales and leadership to align strategies and expectations
- Manage supplier relationships, including supplier selection, performance management, compliance, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Conduct supplier reviews, audits, and on-site visits nationally and internationally to evaluate quality and operational reliability.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar required
- Demonstrated experience working with overseas manufacturers and suppliers and leading supply chain, sourcing, and procurement teams.
- strong understanding of foreign/global sourcing and negotiating supplier agreements and pricing
- Experience using ERP systems and reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Willingness to travel internationally, about 20%
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software
