responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end project management for Our Client, from initial requirement evaluation, estimating, and budgeting to design oversight, construction management, and project close-out.
- Provide architectural design and code compliance support within the Facilities Management group for diverse building renovations, equipment installations, and infrastructure improvements.
- Act as a key liaison, coordinating closely with contractors, Facilities Maintenance, and customers to seamlessly accommodate changing business needs and program requirements.
- Manage multiple large and small-scale projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, leveraging business operating systems to deliver cost improvements, value engineering, and operational excellence for Our Client.
