responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison bridging construction and operations teams, facilitating key handover meetings and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Coordinate, verify, and diligently track all turnover deliverables (including as-builts and O&M manuals) to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Collaborate with Our Client's stakeholders, contractors, and designers to resolve any documentation gaps or project discrepancies.
- Develop and manage comprehensive turnover schedules that align perfectly with the overall project timelines.
- Ensure all project documentation meets Our Client's strict standards and requirements for full operational readiness.
