A Construction Project Manager/ Owners Representative is needed for a leading EPC organization. The Construction Project Manager/ Owners Representative is responsible for overseeing phases of an industrial construction project. Tasks include overseeing conformance to contract plans, monitoring construction budgets and schedules, and overseeing work completed by subs meets specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Qualified candidates must have 10 years of related industrial construction project experience and an OSHA 30. Proficiency with P6 is highly preferred. This is a long-term contract role, and in St Paul, MN area slated to last 2+ years. Our client prefers local talent currently.

responsibilities:
- Maintain on-site supervision of projects under construction; Supervise all activities to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and achieve all safety objectives
- Monitors construction contract budgets and schedules; Coordinate and facilitate the activities of multiple project owners, utilities, contractors, permit and regulatory agencies
- Monitor and coordinate construction activities, maintains field documentation and records
- Provides construction progress reports and projections to leadership
- Review engineering work to ensure proposed designs meet project needs, engineering specifications, safety and regulatory requirements
