responsibilities:
- Manage contract processing, review comprehensive monthly invoices, and ensure strict compliance with funding requirements for Our Client.
- Monitor ongoing project performance including budgets, funding, and schedules to identify variances and recommend strategic solutions.
- Coordinate Independent Cost Estimates (ICE) and conduct competitive bid analyses for upcoming professional services contracts.
- Direct the preparation of annual project budgets, track funding allocations, and enforce rigorous cost reporting and analysis standards.
- Lead bi-weekly project reviews and oversee diverse on-call contracts, such as environmental, design, and construction management for Our Client.
