responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical design, programming, and digitization of automated and robotic systems to drive process improvements in safety, cost, and material utilization.
- Build, manage, and maintain Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Human to Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
- Oversee manufacturing lines and machine controls, applying your expertise in power systems, instrumentation, and measurement systems for precise process control.
- Troubleshoot and maintain industrial networks (DeviceNet, EthernetIP, etc.) while ensuring strict compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and machine design safety standards.
- Act as a self-directed leader to guide teams, leveraging excellent verbal and written communication to solve complex technical problems in a dynamic industrial environment.
