responsibilities:
- Proactively identify hazards through daily site observations, enforce compliance, and immediately halt unsafe work, especially during high-risk electrical, LOTO, or crane activities.
- Lead root cause analysis methodologies (like the 5 whys) for safety incidents, track corrective actions to closure, and identify systemic trends to improve overall safety programs.
- Collaborate effectively with General Contractors and lease partners to align on safety expectations, manage team conflicts professionally, and escalate concerns to leadership.
- Conduct thorough field audits focused on the quality of hazard identification, produce actionable weekly safety reports, and ensure strict compliance with NFPA 70E and LOTO procedures.
