responsibilities:
- Support construction activities from initiation to closeout by tracking tasks, schedules, and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Oversee project repositories and ensure the strict organization, version control, and archiving of critical compliance documents, engineering reports, and drawings.
- Actively participate in daily site safety reviews while tracking project constraints and escalating critical delays to keep delivery on schedule.
- Assist in monitoring vendor contract compliance while providing accurate KPI metrics, progress data, and schedule updates for effective cost management.
